🎂 2. Product Information

  • All cakes are made-to-order and handcrafted.
  • Slight variations in design, color, or decoration may occur.
  • Product images are for reference purposes only.

💳 3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept payments via UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.
  • For custom orders, advance payment is required to confirm the order.

🚚 4. Delivery Policy

  • We aim to deliver orders on time; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, re-delivery charges may apply.

❌ 5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled 24 hours before the delivery time.
  • Advance payments for customized cakes are non-refundable.

🔁 6. Return & Refund

  • Cakes are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.
  • Refunds/replacements are only applicable in case of:
    • Wrong product
    • Damaged delivery
    • Quality issues
  • Issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with proof.

  • Our products may contain or come in contact with allergens like nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.
  • Customers are responsible for checking ingredients before consumption.

📸 8. Customization & Design

  • We try our best to match the requested design.
  • Exact replication is not guaranteed.
  • Customer-approved designs will be considered final.

  • Ensure correct contact details and availability at delivery time.
  • Any miscommunication from the customer’s side will not be our responsibility.
