📜 Return & Refund Policy
At Cakes94, every cake is freshly baked and specially customized for our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
🎂 No Return Policy
All cakes and bakery items are non-returnable as they are made-to-order and perishable.
💰 Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged cake during delivery
- Quality issue (stale or not fresh)
- Design completely different from what was confirmed
📌 Note: Slight variation in design, color, or decoration is normal as each cake is handcrafted.
📸 Proof Requirement
To process any complaint, you must:
- Share clear photos/videos of the cake
- Report the issue within 2 hours of delivery
⏳ Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Amount will be refunded to the original payment method
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be applicable if:
- Incorrect delivery details provided by customer
- Recipient not available at delivery location
- Delay caused due to external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Minor design or color variations
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery
- Advance payments for customized cakes are non-refundable
